At Time Out, we will never turn anyone away regarding payment. We want everyBODY to experience the benefits of yoga. We feel confident that our prices are set at a fair amount for the quality of services we provide, but Loe Offerings (whatever you can pay) are always welcome.
Time Out Yoga

Experience yoga in the privacy of your home or in our private yoga space if you choose. Led by Teri, private instruction is great for the beginning practitioner, to the seasoned yogi. Learn or revisit the proper alignment for YOUR body for each pose, during a session tailored just for you. Every BODY is different and all poses should not look the same. This is NOT your InstaGram Yoga with your foot over your head, this is reaching deep and discovering the true benefits of yoga for your whole being.
Newcomer special** First Session for $40
Classes that I currently teach in the area will be posted here. Pop up classes will also be listed and priced according to the location and length of class on calendar page. If you have a group or organization that would like for me to come and teach a class, please submit an information form under the contact page.

Let us guide you through various techniques to help you cultivate mindfulness and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.

Experience the transformative power of sound vibrations in the privacy of your home or in our private yoga space if you choose. Using a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, drums and chimes, our sessions will help you release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. This experience will also raise the vibrations of your space in your home. One to five guests make it a more intimate experience.
