  • Please take off shoes when entering yoga area.

  • We understand that things come up, but please try to make it to class on time. If you are late, please come in quietly, find a space, and take time to center in... even if others are beginning to move. 

  • Turn off cell phone and put all personal belongings aside.

  • Try  not to wear heavy perfumes as others may be sensitive.

  • We hope you come in with an open attitude... but if you don't, hopefully you will leave with one!
